Number of duty officers available for emergency response on Saturday 30th Sept between 12a.m & 6a.m

Dear Cambridgeshire Constabulary,

I would like to make an FOI request on the following,

1. How many response officers or equivalent (not including Specials, PCSO's or other civilians); were available to respond to emergency calls within Cambridge City area between 12 am and 5 am on Saturday 30th September 2017.
2. How many response officers or equivalent (not including Specials, PCSO's or other civilians); were available to respond to emergency calls within Cambridge City area between 12 am and 5 am on Saturday 26th September 2015.

By law you should have replied by the 3rd November 2017. You have failed to do so. Can you please respond as you legally obliged to do to my request with reasons for the delay.
