Dear Mr Coleman

Our intention was never to ignore you or your request, it was simply not clear to us what timeframe you wished to use for Q1, 2 and 2.a. While I appreciate any possible previous request may have had a timeframe, we will not assume that every future request also follows that same logic. This is liable to create a number of issues and confusion with requests being submitted. There is also no reference to this timeframe, for the aforementioned questions, within the request text being submitted here. It would be easier to have the timeframe within every request sent to us rather than have it stated in a possible previous request with the expectation of it being repeated in future. This is especially true when we have received no reference to either a previous request or email telling us this. If you have sent us emails clarifying your request, they have not been received by our office and for that, I do apologise.

I note the subject of your email makes reference to a request for an Internal Review. While it is well within your rights to ask for one to be conducted, it may not reveal much more than has been explained here. As an alternative, I would be happy to re-open this request with the time frame that has been provided and begin working on our response to your questions.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
