I would like to know the following information:
1. How many pedestrian-vehicle collisions have there been in Brent Borough in the last 5 years? Please provide the number of fatalities in each instance.
2. How many pedestrian-vehicle collisions have there been on Chamberlayne Road, Kensal Rise, London, NW10 in the last 5 years? Please provide the number of fatalities in each instance.
3. How many accidents have there been in Brent Borough in the last
5 years between a pedestrian and (i) TfL buses (ii) taxis (iii) motor cyclist and iv)
other vehicles? Please provide this information by ward if possible. Please provide the number of fatalities in each instance.
4. How many accidents have there been on Chamberlayne Road, Kensal Rise, London, NW10 in the last 5 years between a pedestrian and (i) TfL buses (ii) taxis (iii) motor cyclist and iv) other vehicles? Please provide the number of fatalities in each instance.
5) 4. How many accidents have there been on Chamberlayne Road, Kensal Rise, London, NW10 in the last 5 years between a cyclist and (i) TfL buses (ii) taxis (iii) motor cyclist and iv) other vehicles? Please provide the number of fatalities in each instance.

can confirm TfL holds some of the information you require. You asked for:
1. How many pedestrian-vehicle collisions have there been in Brent
Borough in the last 5 years? Please provide the number of fatalities in
each instance.
Please find the attached table for pedestrians injured Brent in a
collision between 2007-2011.
2. How many pedestrian-vehicle collisions have there been on
Chamberlayne Road, Kensal Rise, London, NW10 in the last 5 years. Please
provide the number of fatalities in each instance.
Please find the attached table for pedestrians injured in a collision on
Chamberlayne Road between 2007-2011.
3. How many accidents have there been in Brent Borough in the last 5
years between a pedestrian and (i) TfL buses (ii) taxis (iii) motor
cyclist and iv) other vehicles? Please provide this information by ward if
possible. Please provide the number of fatalities in each instance.
Please find the attached table for pedestrians injured in a collision in
Brent between 2007-2011 showing vehicles involved. Please note we cannot
produce data at ward level. Also we cannot identify if a TfL bus was
involved as this category is not recorded.
4. How many accidents have there been on Chamberlayne Road, Kensal
Rise, London, NW10 in the last 5 years between a pedestrian and (i) TfL
buses (ii) taxis (iii) motor cyclist and iv) other vehicles? Please
provide the number of fatalities in each instance.
Please find the attached table for pedestrians injured in a collision on
Chamberlayne Road between 2007-2011 showing vehicles involved. As stated
above we do not know if a TfL bus was involved.
5. How many accidents have there been on Chamberlayne Road, Kensal
Rise, London, NW10 in the last 5 years between a cyclist and (i) TfL buses
(ii) taxis (iii) motor cyclist and iv) other vehicles? Please provide the
number of fatalities in each instance.
Please see the attached listings. Unlike pedestrians we cannot directly
link the vehicle involved in a pedal cycle collision, therefore we do not
hold this information. The listings show which vehicle was in a collision
with the pedal cycle casualty.
