Number of Children who did not receive their final transition Education Health Care Plan by the 15.02 deadline in 2018 & 2019

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Stratford on Avon District Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

As per 1 May 2018, how many children in your local authority had a Statement of Special Educational Needs?

How many children with special educational needs in your local authority area required an Education Health Care Plan or statement of SEN for transitioning from primary to secondary school in September 2018?

How many of these children received their final transition Education Health Care Plan or statement by the 15 February 2018 deadline?

As per 15th February 2019, how many children in your local authority had a Statement of Special Educational Needs?

How many children with special educational needs in your local authority area required an Education Health Care Plan or statement of SEN for transitioning from primary to secondary school in September 2019?

How many of these children received their final transition Education Health Care Plan or statement by the 15 February 2019 deadline?
