Dear Lincolnshire Teaching Primary Care Trust (PCT),
Thankyou for your reply. If the Trust is still directly employing Health Visitors I would expect the managers of that service to be in a position to provide the figures requested as indicators of how safely the service is being managed and that the Trust is enabling dignity at work. If the service is being managed, these figures should be being collected. Please could you go back to the service and make enquiries. Many thanks.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Lincolnshire Teaching Primary Care Trust (PCT),
Thank you for the efforts made to find this information and flag up the children with extra need for those reasons outlined. I hope that if it has thrown up inequalities or unmet need, it has been a useful exercise which may inform service delivery.

Yours faithfully,

PJBallinger
