Dear Mr Hussain

Further to your request below under the Freedom of Information Act I would be grateful if you could provide some clarification.

1. You have asked for data for 2017 and 2018 (figures available so far). The University works in academic years i.e. 1st August - 31st July. Therefore please could you advise whether you are seeking information for 2016/17 and 2017/18 OR 2017/18 and 2018/19 ?

2. You are asking for data relating to cheating but you haven’t defined what you mean by cheating and it can be interpreted in a number of ways. We propose to provide data relating to cases of Academic Misconduct assessed at penalty level 4 and above as set out in our Alleged Academic Misconduct Policy https://www.worcester.ac.uk/registryserv... - see the table at 3.1. Please confirm that this matches your definition of cheating.

Once we have your clarification we will process your request within the statutory 20 working days

Kind regards
Helen Johnstone
