Over the past seven years (or whatever number across which this request can be met within FOI'S financial restraints, starting now, and progressing backwards, to the Act's inception, in 2015), plse search your crime recording system for the number of the following offences that have resulted in Gloucestershire Constabulary forwarding a case file to the CPS:

On revisiting the relevant documentation, I do not now believe Section 20 (of the2015 Criminal Justice and Courts Act) to fall into Sections (1) and (2) at all, as seemed (imprecisely) to be indicated. Have now submitted a separate request regarding section 21 (what I took to be 20 (2))
