Number of care leavers in' When I Am Ready' arrangement

Dear Swansea Council,
Please tell me, since the introduction of the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014, how many care leavers have entered into a' When I Am Ready' arrangement within your local authority?
Please tell me also, how many care leavers are living on a supported lodgings basis with their former foster carers?
