Number of bomb shelters in South Ayrshire (including Prestwick Airport)

The request was successful.

Jonathan Rainey

Dear South Ayrshire Council,

With increased geopolitical tensions in the world between the west and major superpowers such as Russia and China, how many bomb shelters (including nuclear bomb shelters) are available in the South Ayrshire Council area for the public to take shelter in? In the unlikely event that a Third World War were to break out, airports including Prestwick would become major targets for nuclear attacks.

Yours faithfully,

Jonathan Rainey
