Number of applications through ELMS
Dear Cabinet Office,
I believe that the Government Digital Service is responsible for managing the ELMS (Electronic Licensing Management System).
Can you please provide the number of Alcohol, Entertainment and Late Night Refreshment Licensing applications processed through ELMS - either for the entirety of 2011 or for a recent three month period - with the answer in the form of a table/spreadsheet with the Type of License applied for on one axis, and the individual local authorities on the second axis.
Addtionally, I request a separate table/spreadsheet for the other license types for which ELMS is used.

Thank you for your request below. We will be providing a formal response
to you, but informally I can tell you that the Cabinet Office does not
hold the information you have requested. I am seeking to establish
whether another public authority holds the information, and would be
grateful if you could clarify the second part, i.e. 'I request a separate
table/spreadsheet for the other license types for which ELMS is used.' I
am seeking this clarification because I don’t want to advise you to
contact another public authority only for you to then find out that they
don’t hold the information you are requesting.
Therefore, please could you clarify whether you are seeking:
· The same information as for part 1 of your request but for
licenses other than Alcohol, Entertainment and Late Night Refreshment
· A list of all licence applications that have been granted in
2011 rather than licence applications that have been submitted but not
granted
· Something else
It would be helpful if you could let me have your clarification on or
before 11 July.

Thank you for your response. To clarify, the second part of my request concerned the same information as for part 1, but for license types other than Alcohol, Entertainment and Late Night Refreshment as shown on the link below:

It may be the case that ELMS is not used for these license types, but if so, I would like this information. If this information is not held by the Cabinet Office I would be grateful if you could inform me of which public authority(ies) might hold this information.
