Good afternoon Thomas
Regarding your request below, I notice you have submitted your request under just your forename.
Under S.8 of the Freedom of Information Act, you are required to provide your real name in a format that allows you specifically to be identified. Please see sections 21 to 27 of the following ICO guidance - https://ico.org.uk/media/for-organisatio...
As you have only provided your forename, this is considered an invalid request.
However, I can confirm we are ready to respond to your request, and that it has attracted an exemption.
I can confirm we are happy to provide a response to the questions you have asked, but without your surname your request will be invalid. This could mean that, if you are unhappy with our response, we may choose not to undertake a formal internal review of our response, and the Information Commissioners Office may not assist you if you chose to escalate your complaint to them.
Please provide your surname if you would like to continue your request as a valid FOI request, or advise if you would like us to provide the response, recognising it would be outside of the FOI legislation.
Kind regards
