The request was successful.

Dear Transport for London,

I would like to request the following information for each month from January 2014 to the present day:

- The number of records accidents/collisions/incidents that have occurred involving a cyclist on each of the Cycle Superhighways that currently exist. (CS1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8)

On the years prior to construction of the highways, the report should include the number of incidents that occurred on the roads that the cycle superhighways cover before they were constructed.

E.g. For the CS1 you should include the number of all accidents on Wilson st, Paul st, Pitfield st, De Beauvar, Culford Road, Boleyn Road, Wandsworth road.. and so on.

Please advise on whether you need any more information in order to respond to this request.

Yours faithfully,

Marigold Warner
