Number of A-Level subjects taken by applicants

Currently waiting for a response from University of Cambridge, they should respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

Dear the University of Cambridge,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, may I please request the following information for undergraduate applicants for the years 2014–2018 for students studying GCE A-Levels or International A-Levels:

• The number of students who applied, categorised by the number of subjects they had achieved (if post-qualification), or were predicted to achieve by the end of the year of application, eg. How many people who applied would have 3 A-Levels when they went to university? 4? 5?
• The number of offers given to students in each category

Yours sincerely,

Henry Caushi

For clarification, by "number of subjects", I refer only to A-Level and International A-Level grades. This does not include resits, but includes subjects taken early as well as predicted grades. Maths, Further Maths and Additional Further Maths should all be treated as separate subjects.

Many thanks,
Henry Caushi
