Number and Location of Properties in Disrepair on the Central Hill Estate

Waiting for an internal review by Lambeth Borough Council of their handling of this request.

Dear Lambeth Borough Council,

Please could you supply me with the number of properties that Lambeth Council own that are unable to be repaired and the reason for their dereliction?

I would like the address and a detailed description of its disrepair for each one.

Thank you,

Yours faithfully,

Sabine Mairey

The WhatDoTheyKnow.com Administraton Team were alerted to the fact the Lambeth Borough Council had been delivering the wrong responses to the wrong messages. This seems to be due to their case management system not identifying that each request on WhatDoTheyKnow.com has a unique email address.

To correct this, site administrators have moved messages to/from this request, hence the date ordering and correspondence might appear out of sequence.

Dear Merrily Rodriguez,

Thank you for this information. It is also posted incorrectly as the response to the question on Central Hill Estate Residents' Association's access to the Resource Centre.
I understand you supply me with the number of properties in disrepair on C.H.E. and do not disclose the addresses as this could cause anti-social behaviour, but you do not, however, disclose the reason for the disrepair as per my request. Do the police know the address of each of the properties in disrepair? There seems to be more than six properties boarded up on the estate. I understand the others must come under the remit of HfL.

I am awaiting why each property is in disrepair.

Thank you,

Yours sincerely,

Sabine Mairey
