Dear Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea,
I would like to make a request for the following information under the Freedom of Information Act (2000).
Could you please provide copies of schedules three to 17- described as "separate documents"- of the contract for the provision of Civil Parking Enforcement Services in RBKC.
Schedule three is titled "Payment Mechanism" and 17 is "Partnership Charter", I would like to request these and all schedules in between.
They are an addendum to the contract that was awarded to NSL Ltd for a period of 12 years from 1st July 2016 to 31st June 2028.
A copy of the contract, according to an audit assessment report published on 03/10/2017, is currently held by both Parking and Legal Services. I would prefer a digital copy.
Please send me confirmation that you have received this email.
