NRM referrals of Skilled Worker visa holders
Dear Home Office,
This FOI request pertains to the combined number of National Referral Mechanisms (NRM) referrals made by the following three First Responder organisations within the Home Office - UK Border Force, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), and Immigration Enforcement (IE).
Could you please provide the number of NRM referrals made, where the immigration status last held by the potential victim was (1) a Health and Care Worker visa; (2) a general Skilled Worker visa. Please provide annual breakdowns for the period 2022-2024, if possible. If not possible, provide the total figures for 2022-2024.
I understand that for some case records, relevant fields and notes may not contain the potential victim's immigration status. It would be sufficient to just provide information for records, where the relevant information had been recorded.
If data is unavailable for a particular First Responder organisation(s) but available for others, please exclude that organisation(s) accordingly from the processing of this request.
Many thanks and please do not hesitate to contact me for clarification of any part of this request.
Yours faithfully,
Andrei Savitski
