Thank you for your request for information received on 5 January 2024 in
which you requested:

In response to FOI request 16713222

(https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/h...),
the Council stated that they commission NowMedical on a 'case-to-case
basis'. This suggested that they use NowMedical's standard terms and
conditions rather than have a seperate written agreement.

Please provide the following further information and/or clarification:

1.  Whether the Council has a seperate contract / agreement with
NowMedical (if so, a copy of the contract/ agreement).

2.  If there is no contract/ agreement, and the Council relies on
NowMedical's standard terms and conditions, please provide a copy of the
standard terms and conditions used.
