NowMedical Homelessness Assessments - Standard Terms & Conditions

The request was partially successful.

Dear Hounslow Borough Council,

In response to FOI request FIR009736 (https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/h...), the Council initially stated that they had an "agreement" with NowMedical to provide homelessness vulnerability assessments. However, on internal review, it was said that no such agreement was 'listed on our register...so we do not have any sight of any agreement that might be in place'.

Please provide the following further information and/or clarification:

- Whether the Council has a seperate contract / agreement with NowMedical
- If so, a copy of the contract / agreement
- If there is no contract/ agreement, and the Council relies on NowMedical's standard terms and conditions, please provide a copy of these standard terms and conditions.

Yours faithfully,

Philip Armitage
