Requester should ask for internal review. They should have responded on the 14th of May. It is now the 28th.

Dear Home Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'Novichok Detection Tests'.

The Home Office was asked some basic information about Novichok detection. Given the prominence in the news this material should easily be to hand.

The FOIA is in the public interest, in that it will allow third parties to understand Novichok detection techniques. Since such techniques could be used to create autonomous Novichok sensor systems it could allow private parties the development of products to protect the general public from Novichok attacks. There is no excuse for keeping this material secret.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/n...

Yours faithfully,

Mark Taylor
