Nottingham - Self-catering residents in residential care: remuneration

The request was successful.

Dear Nottingham City Council,

Please supply any information you hold on the incidence of people living in residential care catering for themselves instead of eating the residential home's food.

Please indicate how the food is funded in such cases; and if such residents are prepayed or reimbursed by the home or the Council for this cost, how much they are given to pay for their food.

Yours faithfully,

Doug Paulley

Dear Shellie Eyre,

Please indicate the status of my request. Does it really take more than a week for responses to be "signed off"?!

Yours sincerely,

Doug Paulley

Shellie Eyre, Nottingham City Council

Dear Mr Paulley

Responses have to be signed off by both the head of the relevant service area and by our communications team. The number of cases we deal with means that this can take some time. The systems we have in place are under review to try and improve the rate at which requesters have their responses. I'll chase your request with our communications team today and hope to be able to issue a response by the end of this week.

Apologies again for the length of time this is taking, and thank you for your patience.

Regards

Shellie
