Dear Jo Willetts,

We wish to remind you that we submitted the above FOI in October 2011, and are yet to receive a reply. Could we please ask you to look at this as a matter of urgency and confirm the answers within the next 14days or we shall have to log it as refused.

I've been trying to get this Council to respond to my question about its expenditure on Adoption Allowances since July 2011. Despite the Information Commission upholding my complaint about the Council's failure to even acknowledge receipt of my FOI question and it giving the Council another 35 days to reply - it still hasn't done so. Quite a few of the FOIs which the Council has ignored are about the Child Care Sector.

Dear Wolverhampton City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Wolverhampton City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Notifications to High Commissions and Embassies of Children in Care'.

We submitted the FOI in October 2011 and not only have we not received any information we have not even received an acknowledgment.

Your council is one of only two that have not yet provide the information of 180 councils that the request was submitted to and we await this to finalise our report.

Could you please confirm if you will be able to supply this within the next week and if you are unable to can you please supply a valid reason as we will have to state that it has been refused and forward a copy to the site WDTK

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:
