I was very pleased with this response. The reply came on the 7th working day which shows that the IPO do not see the 20 days as a target and the response was extremely clear and answered exactly what I asked.

I'm interested in finding out more so I have submitted a follow-up query to obtain more information. The UK have chosen a different method to the US for dealing with this issue and I am trying to assess why the US approach seems to be more effective.
