NOTICE OF FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 REQUEST

Dear Sirs,

Non ionizing radiation Transmitters including 5G LED and other IOT devices owned operated or attached to Council property (DFI) to include street furniture.

“Due to the high risk that electromagnetic (EMF) field exposure poses, most insurance companies do not cover electromagnetic fields and have very clear “electromagnetic field exclusions.” EMFs are classified as a “pollutant” alongside smoke, chemicals and asbestos.” https://ehtrust.org/key-issues/electroma... exclusions/

As of February 2015, Lloyd’s of London excludes any liability coverage for claims “directly or indirectly arising out of, resulting from or contributed to by electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic radiation, electromagnetism, radio waves or noise.’ Exclusion 32, PDF page 7) Includes: mobile phones, mobile modems, tablets, Wi-Fi routers, radars, cell towers etc. CFC Underwriting Limited is a Lloyd’s of London underwriter.” https://www.scribd.com/document/26161083... On the 18 February 2015, CFC Underwriting LTD (UK agent for Lloyd’s of London) stated, “the Electromagnetic Fields Exclusion (Exclusion 32) is a General Insurance Exclusion and is applied across the market as standard. The purpose of the exclusion is to exclude cover for illnesses caused by continuous long-term non-ionizing radiation exposure...” (Non-ionizing radiation is another name for wireless RF/EMF radiation).

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, you are requested to please provide the following:

1. Copies of all commercial Public Liability Insurance policies, providers and underwriters held by the Council.
2. Copies of all “Pollution Liability” or “Policy Enhancement” in relation to the commercial Public Liability Insurance policy held by the Council.
3. Copies of all ‘Schedule of Exclusions’ for the commercial Public Liability Insurance policy held by the Council.
4. A copy of the “Certificate of Indemnity” from the Council’s Public Insurance provider and underwriters, confirming that any injuries, damages or adverse health effects directly or indirectly arising out of, resulting from or contributed to by electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic radiation, electromagnetism, radio waves or noise, wireless RF radiation, microwave radiation, non-ionising radiation emitting devices and equipment is covered by The Council’s commercial Public Liability insurance policy.
