NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A DIVERSION OF A SECTION OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.214 AT ELEPHANT LANE TO THATTO HEATH PARK, ST HELENS
Reference: HW/186/16858
With regards to the above Notice, as published in the St Helens Star of 1st December 2022, I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of the application and plan for the same. I cannot locate this information on the Council website.
The published Notice specifies that a plan can be obtained by contacting "[email address]" but I received an auto response from that address stating that monitoring of the email address was stopped on 10th October 2022.

Thank you for your reply to my query. Unfortunately, I cannot see any documents attached. Ian Frazer stated that a notice, statement of reasons and plan were attached but there is no documentation attached to the response.
Additionally, I am unable to use the case reference number, 4022-7247-3743-0572, to view if there are further details there because it requires a login and password which I do not have.
I am not sure what has gone wrong. Would you be able to re-send/attach the notice, statement of reasons and plans again?
