Dear Jamieson,

Thank you for your information request of 27 November 2016.  Aberdeen City
Council (ACC) has completed the necessary search for the information
requested.

Please provide any minutes of meeting / e-mails (including
attachments)/correspondence between Aberdeen City Council  and Aberdeen
Football Club in regard to the use of the Park & Ride facilities at
Kinsgwells, Dyce and the Bridge of Don.

There is no correspondence currently on record between the Public
Transport Unit and Aberdeen Football Club in regard to the use of the Park
& Ride facilities at Kingswells, Dyce and Bridge of Don

Any discussions regarding use of the Park and Choose sites for the current
P&R bus services operating to Pittodrie are historic, as such no records
have been found. Subsequent registrations for operation of bus services
are with bus operators directly and not with AFC.

Therefore, ACC is unable to provide you with information on INSERT
INFORMATION as it is not held by ACC.  In order to comply with its
obligations under the terms of Section 17 of the FOISA, ACC hereby gives
notice that this information is not held by it.

We hope this helps with your request.

Yours sincerely,

Nicky Leiper

Information Compliance Officer
