Dear Barnet Homes,
I’m currently in the process of compiling local authority lists of all address where non-traditional methods have been used in the construction of residential dwellings that were built by local authorities.
Common examples include BISF/ Trusteel/ Waites constructions.
Could you please provide any details you hold in regard to these types of property by
system name, construction type and the location addresses/postcodes in your area please?
If only partial information is available it will still be of great use.

We have not completed a whole scheme using non-traditional methods of
construction except for three houses that we built on Alexandra Road, N10,
at least 6 years ago.
The houses were completed off site by Mears and then delivered on site by
them and they are not one of the systems listed below.
The scheme is considered a success and we are keen to look at alternative
Modern methods of construction on our schemes but have not been successful
to date.
