Dear Croydon Borough Council,
http://www.lightboxlondon.com/portfolio/... should provide you with a starter for 10.
It includes the date of planting, this is council land, a cllr was involved, the developer also had a planning application for a scheme at Harold Road going through at the same time which all seems very convenient. All correspondence relating to this including to and from the developer from officers and Cllr Ryan and the council 's commercial tenant Joan Runcorn would appear to be in scope given there is public interest in releasing this due to the planning application.
Yours faithfully,
R Head
Dear Croydon Borough Council,
I answered within your time limit (not legally defined), could you perhaps respond within the time limit set out by the law?

Dear R Head
Request FOI/2537
Further to your request received on 27/07/2022, I confirm that the Council
has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000. May I first apologise for the delay in responding to you.
This relates to the planting of a tree and procurement of a plaque some 9
years ago. The service has provided emails, however these are archived
and, subsequently we are not able to retrieve these without incurring
significant costs which would be in excess of the appropriate limit
afforded under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. From
review of the material available to me I can confirm that we procured a
plaque and stake from Hallmark Signs in South Croydon. The purchase order
was raised 13 September 2013. From what I have reviewed it appears that
there was no involvement of Lightbox or a Councillor regarding this
activity.
The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the
Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. You are free to use it for your
own purposes, including any non-commercial research you are doing and for
the purpose of news reporting. Any other re-use, for example commercial
publication, would require the permission of the copyright holder.
The Council publishes Access to Information requests and responses on its
online Disclosure Log. Only requests deemed to be in the public interest
will be included and any request included within this log will be
de-personalised accordingly.

If you have any queries about this email please do not hesitate to contact
me directly, quoting the reference number listed at the top of this letter
in all communications.
If you are unhappy with the Council’s response to your request and wish to
request an Internal Review please write to us at [Croydon Borough Council request email]
If after going through the Council’s Internal Review process you are still
not satisfied, you can contact the Information Commissioners Office
direct.
