1. Does DVLA supply names and addresses of people who have vehicles registered with them to Norwich Traffic Control if NTC provides the license plate number? If so, what is your legal authority for doing so?

2. If so, does NTC pay DVLA? How much for your last accounting period?

3. What is the name and address of the head Data Protection Controller for DVLA?

4. What is your policy and guidelines on Data Protection as applied and practised within DVLA?
