‘Is North Yorkshire Council the same corporate entity as THE NORTH
YORSHIRE COUNCIL? I cannot find the latter here on this site!

I can confirm the formal name of the Council is The North Yorkshire
Council, but it is often just referred to as North Yorkshire Council.
