Thank you for your recent enquiry under the Freedom of Information Act.
Please find your response detailed below.

 

Requesters Question and Trust Response:

 

• Previous Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages.

Current nurse call system was installed in 2017, based on assessment of
raised PO numbers.
No records of what bids were received. Based on financial thresholds in
place at the time.

• Awarded contract value at time of award, as well as Actual spend on this
contract (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current
date.

From PO records, £7,308 was the first payment in 2017

No other service provider may support these systems as such there is no
option to use the current provider.  Maintenance agreement of system in
place is renewed on an annual

• Start date & duration of contract

Annual maintenance agreement runs from 1^st May 2024 to 30^th April 2025

• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification
given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

• Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration of
the extension?

• Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract are being either
extended or renewed?

Not relevant as system can only be maintained by provider
