The time column may be used to show the date the form was posted, if this is shown

That will ensure that any time spent on this FOI is minmiised and minimal beyond that already allocated to the study.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Freedom of Information,

I am disappointed to note that the council has failed to respond within the maximum time allowed.
This should really have been a simple enquiry, with full disclosure within a couple of weeks at most.
Accordingly I write to enquire why the council has failed to comply with its legal duty, and when to expect my information.

Yours sincerely,

Peter Morgan

Dear Freedom of Information,

Thank you for the information provided, however I am very disappointed to read that you are withholding key information.

Meanwhile I cannot find the XLS tables you say are embedded in the DOCX file.

Please provide this as a separate file

Please make this an XLS file - and not an XLSX one, as that will help me access the file, and also those using older tech technology, such as the elderly.

Yours sincerely,

Peter Morgan
