Please provide the following information.
1) Why did McLaughlin and Harvey ("the contractors") pull of out the North Bridge Leisure Centre project?
2) When did CMBC first become aware that the contractors wanted to pull out of the project?
3) What contract(s) did CMBC have in place with the contractors?
4) Did the contract(s) in part 3 contain any clauses for pulling out of the project and any penalties or notice periods for doing so? Please provide details.
5) What was the original cost of the project when the original contractors were involved?
6) What will be the updated cost of the project with the new contractors in place?
7) What date will the project now be completed?
