where non-traditional methods have been used in the construction of
residential dwellings that were built by local authorities. Could you
possibly provide any details you hold in regard to the type of property by
system name and the address in your area? If only partial information is
available it will still be of great use.

I am not sure we hold information of this nature, insofar as our Planning records are concerned.

From the point of view of our Building Control service, the information we hold regarding construction methods is commercially confidential so would not be available to a third party - even through an FOI.

I have asked our Housing Strategy team - who work with housing associations and other providers - to let me know if they have any particular records of instances where non-traditional methods have been used in the construction of residential dwellings that were built by the Council, or our agents - and will forward this to you shortly on receipt.

Our Housing Strategy team tell be that following the transfer of the Council's housing stock to Golden Gates Housing Trust (GGHT), we do not now hold records of non-traditional construction.
