Non Traditional House Types

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Castle Point Borough Council should have responded by now (details). The person who made the request can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Castle Point Borough Council,
I’m currently in the process of compiling local authority information of addresses where non-traditional methods have been used.
Several mass building projects for local authority houses were constructed using prefabricated such as concrete or steel and often had trade names such as Reema, Wates, Cornish etc. These are both pre and post war. If you have any information of such dwellings in your local authority it would be of great use.
Can you also provide the type and count of each non traditional house in your council.

Yours faithfully,

Lisa Wilson

Thanks for that Lisa but that still doesn't answer my question. What do you mean by "type" and "count"? If by count you mean the total number of non traditional houses then the total number is contained in the spreadsheet I have provided to you. If by type you mean the materials used in the construction then, as stated in my previous email, we do not hold this information.

If you mean something else entirely then please let me know and I will endeavour to provide you with an answer.
