On 16 June 2011 the DfE abolished ‘non-statutory guidance.’

Would the DfE advise;
a) whether or not the category has been re-instated and, if it has,
b) when the decision to re-instate the category of ‘non-statutory guidance’ was made.

If the decision was made to re-instate the category of ‘non-statutory guidance,’ please provide copies of any related documentation in regards to the decision and reasoning for the decision.

have established that the information you requested is not held by this
Department.
