Dear 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust,

Could you please provide a total for the amount spent on the 'purchase of healthcare from non-NHS bodies' for 2015/16; and provide a breakdown of the contracts, including the sum of money spent on each contract, that make up the 'purchase of healthcare from non-NHS bodies' category in your annual accounts?

If you could please break down this data into categories such as: independent sector treatment centres, private providers (eg. Virgin Care), social enterprises, GP provider companies, voluntary sector, Local authority, etc. I would greatly appreciate it.

Yours faithfully,

Greg Dash
