Non Molestation and Occupation orders

Dear Ministry of Justice,
We write in respect of non-molestation order applications from 2013 to date. These are requests made on form FL401
Please provide the below for the periods:
1a. The volume of applications made both 'with notice' and 'without notice' and the type of application (Non-mol and Occupation or both)
1b. The volume of applications that were granted, rejected and any other relevant categories
2. The gender of the applicant
3. The relationship to the respondent (Q4 FL401)
4. The status "If both of you are parties to the same family proceedings" (Q5 FL401)
5. If the applicant and the respondent are entitled to occupy the dwelling house (Q6 FL401)
We trust this data is captured as these fields are mandatory in the FL401.
