Non-Medical/Non-Clinical temporary job roles/titles supplied to TFL by
Recruitment Agencies for financial period of July 2023 to Present.

Total spend on this labour pool split into job category (Admin/Clerical, IT,
Facilities/Environmental) for financial period of July 2023 to Present.

List of agencies engaged to supply said labour pool and the associated
spend with each supplying agency for financial period of July 2023 to Present.

Contact details for who is responsible for the Non-Medical/Non-Clinical
temporary staffing at TFL.

Your request is being considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I
can confirm we hold the information you require.

 

However, in accordance with Section 17 of the FOI Act we are still
considering the balance of the public interest in relation to a qualified
exemption that applies to the requested information and have not yet
reached a conclusion. The exemption under consideration is section 43(2)
of the FOI Act, the exemption that can apply where release of information
would prejudice commercial interests. It is estimated that a decision will
be reached by 25 January 2024 and I will write again to inform you of that
decision.

Total spend on this labour pool split into job category (Admin/Clerical, IT,

Facilities/Environmental) for financial period of July 2023 to Present.

From July 2023 to date, the total spend is £4.8m.

List of agencies engaged to supply said labour pool and the associated spend with each supplying agency for financial period of July 2023 to Present.

The relevant agencies and associated spend are provided below:
