Non Housing Maintenance

We're waiting for sean mcvittie to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Wakefield City Council,

Is it possible to confirm if you still have a Direct labour
Organisation (DLO) that carries out work on your Non housing
properties (public buildings)?

If so, can you provide me with the names and telephone numbers of
the managers that look after the following?

Mechanical trades
Electrical Trades
Building Trades
Gas Trades

If you don’t, can you please give me the name or names of the
contractors that you have sourced the work out to and what they
cover?

Yours faithfully,

sean mcvittie
