I would like to request a full list of all the businesses - LTD companies, PLC's, LLP's etc the have become liable for the non domestic rates/business rates, either new company or where they may have just moved into a new unit between the dates of the 25th March 2014 to the 8th April 2014. I would like the business name, date they became liable, person responsible, address of property, type of business and the rateable value if possible please.
