I would like to request an up to date full list of Ltd companies or PLCs that have become liable for the business rates between the 1st Mar 2014 and the 24th March 2014, whether they be a new business or just moved into new offices if possible please.

I require the business name/name of ratepayer, address, the date they became responsible, the RV and type of property (whether it be office, public house, shop, garage etc etc)
