Your request has been processed under the Environmental Information
Regulations 2004 (EIR).

 

Having discussed your request with the relevant colleagues I can confirm
that neither English Heritage nor Historic England have non-disclosure
agreements with the above mentioned parties regarding the Stonehenge A303
road scheme.

 

Details of our review procedure are attached.
