Non-disclosure agreements

The request was refused by Tower Hamlets Borough Council.

Dear Tower Hamlets Borough Council,

I am writing to request information on:

1) the number of non-disclosure agreements signed by departing council staff in the past three financial years, including this one.

2) details of any legal action lodged by the council to enforce such agreements.

I would define such an agreement as one restricting information or comment from being made public.

I look forward to your timely response.

Yours faithfully,

Matt Foster
