I am writing to you today with a Freedom of Information Request regarding the experience of non-academic staff working in college since the March 2020 lockdown.
The information I request is:
How many non-academic members of staff have been furloughed since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic?
How many non-academic members of staff are currently furloughed?
What provisions have been taken by the college to protect the health and safety of non-academic members of staff during the Covid-19 pandemic?
How many non-academic members of staff have contracted Covid-19 since the beginning of 2020?

Face Covering Policy and provision of face mask for staff
Enhanced cleaning
Risk Assessments for staff
One way system on College grounds
Staff working from home, where possible
Social distancing in offices and screens where appropriate
Protective screens up at Lodge and Hall
Lunch booking system to avoid large numbers of staff at any one time and take-away available
Provision of extra parking to reduce public transport usage
Wellbeing provision
University-provided Covid-19 testing for those with symptoms
Use of the furlough scheme to avoid large numbers of operational staff on site together
