I refer to your request for information relating to noise complaints
received on 15^th March 2010.

Please see the information in response to your questions provided below:

How many complaints have been made over noise nuisance / disturbances
coming from Prince's Head Public House, Battersea SW11 in the last 10
years?

Records relating to noise complaints are only held from 2003 onwards. From
this time, the Prince's Head, Falcon Road has received a total of 40
complaints regarding noise and disturbance from the premises. This total
includes complaints received by the Noise and Complaints Team and those
received by the Safety and Licensing Team for noise and disturbance.

I hope this information meets your needs. If you do not understand the
information provided or wish to discuss anything further, please feel free
to contact me and I, or another member of the team will be able to assist
you.
