Noise levels in city centre

The request was refused by Lancashire Constabulary.

Dear Lancashire Constabulary, i have recently received a public protection order claiming that I have engaged in antisocial behaviour. I have contacted the courts in order to challenge this and as such I am making the request under the freedom of information act.

Officer PP003 claimed that I have caused harassment alarm and distress to passers by can you please produce said evidence.?

officer PP003 states that I intimidated passers by with my amplified commentary can you please provide evidence of same?

It also states that the police received complaint which i have been unable to verify by the police. can you please provide evidence of same ?

can you please give evidence of my music violating the Permitted noise levels
The permitted noise level using A-weighted decibels (the unit environmental noise is usually measured in) is:

34 dBA (decibels adjusted) if the underlying level of noise is no more than 24 dBA
10 dBA above the underlying level of noise if this is more than 24 dBA

and when these levels were evidenced by the council?

Yours faithfully,

Elavi Dowie
