Dear Northern Ireland Housing Executive,
The Area Maintenance Manager at Lisburn ,Mr Michael Kelly has sent me a letter dated 22nd September 2021,ref: 018535 stating he has referred my e/mail to the M&E department who look after the water pumps.
The residents cannot get to sleep with the fog horn sound coming from the pump room,and this maintenance manager is doing nothing to make a repair to the water pumps.He has stated "They are serviced twice a year",but has said nothing regarding the noise and what he intends to do ,regarding this noise being stopped.
This noise is so loud it stops the residents from sleeping and gives a buzzing in the ears , will you please help with this matter urgently
