Noise Complaints
Dear Sir/Madam,
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:
- The total number of complaints about noise that could be a ‘statutory nuisance’ under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, made during the 2021 calendar year
- The reason for each of the above complaints, for example noise from intruder alarms, noise from construction work etc
