Mr Bridge
We do not hold information relating to the number of complaints received
in April/May/June in 2019. We do however hold this information for 2018?
We do not hold information for any year which shows whether a noise could
amount to a statutory nuisance.
The numbers of abatement notices served is held in a paper format so I
will need to go into the office to respond to that part of your enquiry
and can so in due course.
Please let me know how you would like me to proceed.
