Dear Homes for Haringey,

An earlier FOI request (LBH/10469420, dated 5 November 2020, replied to 4 December 2020) relating to the 2012 Noel Park Pod Pilot project revealed the cost per pod in this project to be £36,574.

Please provide a full breakdown of the costs regarding the pod work, detailing how much of this total was allocated to each of the following:

(i) Feasibility studies
(ii) Design
(iii) Construction
(iv) Transportation
(v) Removal of the old pod
(vi) Installation of the new pod
(vii) Interior bathroom suite and decor
(viii) Any other costs (giving itemised costings where possible)

I am writing further to your request dated 23 December 2020 requesting
additional information further to my FOI response to you regarding183/183A
Gladstone Avenue and 221 Gladstone Avenue.

 

The information you have asked for is:

 

o Please provide a full breakdown of the costs regarding the pod work,
detailing how much of this total was allocated to each of the

My response is below:

 

Please see the table set out below. This shows a detailed breakdown of the
costs relating to the Pods as set out in the contractor valuation.

 

Note that this is based on the information we have available to us. We
hold information as to the breakdown of the contract costs up to the stage
of contractor valuation no 6 out of seven certificates in total. We know
the total value of the contract, but we do not hold information as to the
breakdown of the difference between certificate no 6 and the final
contract sum. All costs shown exclude fees.

I am writing further to your two emails dated 05 November 2020 regarding
183/183A Gladstone Avenue and 221 Gladstone Avenue. These requests have
been combined into one response.

 

The information you have asked for is:

 

o provide a breakdown of the costs of works for the block for 183/183A
Gladstone Avenue for the Noel Park ‘pod’ pilot project carried out in
2012, including costs associated with (i) the removal and replacement
of the bathroom pod, (ii) the removal of asbestos, (iii) the
replacement of windows, and, if applicable, (iv) the replacement of
external doors

 

o provide a breakdown of the costs of works for the ground floor flat
only at 221 Gladstone Avenue for the Noel Park ‘pod’ pilot project
carried out in 2012, including costs associated with (i) the removal
and replacement of the bathroom pod, (ii) the removal of asbestos,
(iii) the replacement of windows, and, if applicable, (iv) the
replacement of external doors.

 

 

My response is below:
